Accelerated Junior Program
Cole Hair is dedicated to playing its role in developing the next generation of hair stylists.
Our Founder, Mariah Rota, is a specialist in all types of hair extensions and an educator to over 200 salons across Australia for tape extension application, so Cole Hair’s commitment to education, inspiring Junior Stylists and preparing them for a career in hairdressing is very high on the agenda.
Our Accelerated Junior Program aligns with a TAFE Apprenticeship is conducted over a 3 year period. Below is an overview of what you’ll learn each year.

Upon successful completion of Year 3 of Cole Hair’s Accelerated Junior Program, we expect that Junior Stylists will have worked out what they’re area(s) of speciality will be moving forward.
The top Junior Stylists may be offered an Emerging Stylist role at Cole Hair.
